There aren't any movies in your wanted list?

- Celox - 2010-10-10

i did, before clean re-install. does it make a difference for the search if i have movies in my wanted list or not? i will add one or two if needed for the test Smile

- RuudBurger - 2010-10-10

It uses the movies in your wanted list, so I think it hangs on that, for some reason.

- Zadara - 2010-10-10

Hmm.. The new version doesn't automatic download and rename the files? The last revision(r23) I thought, did it perfectly.

I'm not having any luck getting CP to work. I've searched both forums for possible answers but haven't had any luck. I have Python 2.6.6 and CP version c63b6ca installed on a Macbook Pro. I'm able to add movies no problem but CP never finds anything to download. I know there are NZB's out there for the movies I've tested with. I'm sure it's some nooby thing I've overlooked but can't figure it out.

Here is the complete log from an initial install of CP, adding two movies, and forced check.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Have you filled in your data in settings >> providers?

- generator - 2010-10-11

Everything was working fine, but this morning I got the message "NZBs.org unavailable" and "NZBMatrix unavailable". They seem to be online though. Couchpotato can't find my movies now (though I can find them through the websites themself)

I haven't changed any settings.

- RuudBurger - 2010-10-11

Seems to work fine here. Does it do that even after reboot?

- generator - 2010-10-11

The old "have you tried turning it off and on again "Sad yeah that worked, thx!

aw sorry Huh i was under the impression it would show a list of the next 10-20 upcoming movies for release on dvd/bluray so that we could "add" movies that we would like to see Big Grin

Mind you, that would be a pretty awesome addition Smile

Keep on getting this error in the log, when it's trying to rename.

Thanks, will look at it.

I haven't messed with CouchPotato in awhile, but want to finally get trailers for all my movies. I set the destination directory and trailer quality in the settings, and started a search. It downloaded a few trailers and then quit. I started the search again with the same result. Does CP only download a few at a time, or is there something up?

Also, is there a way to tell CP to skip searching for some movie trailers? I have a few that simply won't have trailers available anywhere, and it's fairly foolish to have CP search for them again and again.

If I enabled renaming, would CP automatically find trailers for new movies I'm downloading? I'd also like to get people's opinions on using CP's renaming as opposed to SAB's renaming, which is working 100% for me so far.

Here's a bit of the log file from when it just seems to stop (49 Up is one of those movies that will never have a trailer I mentioned in the second paragraph):

Code:

This is Windows build r24, running on WHS.

I have a question on trailers too...

I have my moveis names like such:

/movies/[proper movie name] [year]/[scene release file name].ext

When CP is searching, it seems to look at the FILE name (which it can't find) and not the FOLDER name (which I assume it could find)

Code:
http://api.themoviedb.org/2.1/Movie.search/en/xml/9b939aee0aaafc12a65bf448e4af9543/ewdp+hotrod+avi+2007

14:16:02,687 INFO  [app.lib.provider.movie.sources.imdbWrapper] IMDB - Searching for movie: h hellraiser x264 1987
14:16:02,687 INFO  [app.lib.provider.movie.sources.theMovieDb] TheMovieDB - Found: []
14:16:02,500 INFO  [app.lib.provider.movie.sources.theMovieDb] Searching: http://api.themoviedb.org/2.1/Movie.search/en/xml/9b939aee0aaafc12a65bf448e4af9543/h+hellraiser+x264+1987

Is there anyway to have it just search the FOLDER name?
