hmmmm. not on my machine. I guess its time for that debug log, huh?Wink

It deletes old versions, when a new one is downloaded. I don't think it will delete anything if you already have multiple versions, unless you download another one of course, and it decides the new one to be better.

Any word on the renamer issue? I've posted full debug logs as requested.

- alshain - 2011-02-02

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see them. Please come to the IRC channel. I've just had a look at the log, but I'm not very sure about the symptom.

To everyone with renaming problems: Please update your copy of CP, see if there is anything new in the log.

cable_guy Wrote:haha sorry, http://pastebin.com/NUkX3Y33 does that help you at all? I also noticed that my DVD-Rip icon is the only one glowing green, however I can see a 720p version of The Long Weekend on NZBMatrix for e.g.

changes in custom quality are not propagated to movies that already have that custom quality. To have the new sort order applied, you will need to delete and re-add the movie I think... That's what has worked for me anyway.

- alshain - 2011-02-03

Thanks to abcde you can now clear your history of downloads.

Also, there is now more logging for the renamer. Please turn of the debugging log, you should now get all necessary information without it.

Why is it that everytime my pc reboots my sabnzb configuration resets the download incomplete and complete folder? It resets it to my local drive however I want the movies moved to an external drive. If I add the path manually to the external drive it works until reboot. Do I have to put a script like in sickbeard fir this to work? Or is this a bug in sabnzb?

Renamer Bug? - Vascular - 2011-02-04

Already posted this on the irc channel but to be sure I will also post it here. I am running CP from source on XP. Have been running CP from the start on a ubuntu machine but switched 5 days ago to XP. On ubuntu everything works fine on xp with the exact same settings all my cd2's get deleted in the renamer process.

1st test: create 2 emtpy files named 'bla cd1.avi' and 'bla cd2.avi' with a .nfo file linking to a imdb movie with search for trailers and subs on. Result is everything works except cd2 gets deleted. Log below
http://pastebin.com/cVdgSLUs

2nd test: create 2 emtpy files named 'bla cd1.avi' and 'bla cd2.avi' with a .nfo file linking to a imdb movie with search for trailers off but search for subs on. Result is the same. Log below.

3rd test: create 2 emtpy files named 'bla cd1.avi' and 'bla cd2.avi' with a .nfo file linking to a imdb movie with search for trailers and subtitles off. Result the same... Log is pretty clear!

I get getting this error message from sabnzbd and my movies do not get renamed and moved.

Stage Unpack
No post-processing because of failed verification

why does it fail verification and not unpack?

Also if I download a movie and it fails I move it to my movie folder will CP still try to download a better quality version if it finds one?

What I dont understand is how the quality setting work. I have made the below setting
best 720 to R5 (720>BR-Rip>DVD-R>DVD-Rip>Screener>R5)
so will CP search first for 720 quality and then go down my list? I have put wait 0 days so does that mean that everyday it will check if a new higher quality version is out?

- alshain - 2011-02-05

Assuming a DVDDrip is found, it won't wait X days for a better quality to be released, and instead download it immediately. Whether it will continue to check depends on whether you have checked "Finish" on that quality. Yes, the order is correct.

Verification fails because there was an error while downloading, and it cannot be repaired. You can go search for additional parity files (par2) on binsearch.info for example, and then repair it manually if possible.

Hi folks, alshain is a bit busy so I wondered if anyone has any idea why some movies that are downloaded in perfectly legible names will be completely misidentified by CP when it goes searching for what to rename them?

Specifically this file name: star.wars.v.the.empire.strikes.back.1980.dvdrip.xvid.fragment.cd1.avi

CP thinks it's a 2010 movie called Sacrifice.
Oo

EDIT: the space in xvid is only appearing when i paste it in here, there isn't one in the actual filename.

EDIT2: worked it out with help of ruud and ashlain - TMDB was requesting IMDB info for Empire and getting sent back Sacrifice because of a wrong entry behind the scenes at TMDB, should be fixed now.

I just got this set up and am running into an issue. I have nzbmatrix and everything linked, and couch potato is finding the movies, but in the logs I'm getting "12:59:26 ERROR [er.yarr.sources.nzbmatrix] Failed to open http://rss.nzbmatrix.com/rss.php?username=*****......."

Any thoughts? The api and user name are linked correctly.

I think nzbmatrix are having issues at the moment.

EDIT: Looks like it's fixed now.
