hello
I just checked and I am seeing the issue as well. I will have to defer to Maruchan on this one. I don't have any premium credit and I can't even figure out how to download from the website. Maybe you have to have credit to download any nzbs. Can anyone else chime in on this?

kricker, please use this url for nzbindex (advanced search, for example: "futurama", options: just complete posts, hide cross posts, size 600-2000mb, 50 search results):
http://www.nzbindex.nl/rss/?q=futurama&sort=agedesc&minsize=600&maxsize=2000&complete=1&hidecross=1&max=50&more=1

this gives much better results than your url. it can be reproduced by doing a search on their website, the rss link can be found on top of the search results.

i think "complete=1" and "hidecross=1" should be default on "1".

any chance to change this?

marv

I'm almost done

and I 'm sorry for my english

Yes there is. I will look at it later today. Thanks for the link tips.

What do you mean by "I'm almost done?"

Thanks for the offer, I want to hear from Maruchan before I move forward on this one. He may have a better idea about what is going on.

Testing NZB's in Linux - Dobyken - 2010-09-27

I searched for a couple of days looking for a Linux app to verify nzb file contest prior to downloading. Although there are a few Windows based apps I couldn't get them to work in Mythbuntu using wine. I stumbled upon a little bit of python code that Sanders on the sabnzbd forum wrote that worked on about 3/4 of the nzb's I fed it. Anyone find anything else in Linuxland?

nzbs.org problem - mick_angel00 - 2010-10-23

Hello,

I installed XMBC Dharma beta 3 with SABnzbd+ add-on and SABnzbd+ 0.5.4.
I managed to reed my nzbs.org rss feed but could not download any NZB files.
When I select an item in the list, it says "Added to queue" but when I look at the queue there is an item name like "index.php!action=getnzb&nzbid=429569" and nothing is going on.

Is there any known bug or something I did wrong (configurations..) ??

Thanks in advance.

- kricker - 2010-10-23

Make sure all you configurations are properly set in the SABnzbd+ addon. I just checked and items from nzbs.org add and download perfectly fine. Are you using your own feed, or one of the built ins?

- mick_angel00 - 2010-10-23

My SABnzbd add-on configuration :

SABnzbd hostname : 127.0.0.1
SABnzbd port : 8080
API key : xxx (the api key found in SABnzbd config)
SABnzbd username : none (I don't use it)
SABnzbd password : none (I don't use it)

Show NZBS Feeds : enabled
NZBS.org ID : xxx (id of my account)
NZBS.org Hash : xxx (corresponding hash)

Everything else is disabled.

As I said I can fetch NZB from built-in feeds, perform searches but download doesn't work. Maybe it has something to do with my SABnzbd+ configuration itself?

Regards.

See if using a login and password for the SAB server makes a difference.

- mick_angel00 - 2010-10-23

I tried but no differences. I have another computer and did the same installation and it works fine. No idea why !!!

Thanks anyway.

Regards.

On the one that doesn't work find your userdata folder and then the addon data folder. Delete the SABnzbd folder then reconfigure it.

I got the same exact result with nzbs.org but I don't have an account there so maybe your nzbs.org username and password is the cause. NZBMatrix works for me but then again that's where my account is.

- kricker - 2010-10-28

That could be. You need to verify all user names and api keys are correct for all providers.

- branlr - 2010-10-29

2 things to check:
1. Make sure in the SAB XBMC addon settings, your user id is the string of numbers that comes right before your hash, and not the text ID.

However, that is probably not it--

2. To pick up NZBs directly from nzbs.org, SAB requires your ID and hash in it's own configuration as well.

Under configuration, the tab says something like "indexing sites." The same is required of NZBmatrix, however, so I am guessing you know that.

Might be a combination of the two--i.e. make sure SAB has your numerical ID, rather than alphabetical.
