XBMC and VDR problem with USB DVB-T - rantzauer - 2010-07-03

I hope someone have met this issue and this is the right place for this.
I have installed yavdr 0.2 and hoped to use XBMC with live tv this way.
I have one problem. Then I try to make a channels.conf file with w_scan or scan I get error messages.
w_scan sayes. MAIN:2911: FATAL NoDVB or busy
Scan Sayes: MAIN. 2273: FATAL . Failed to open frontend0, Permission denyed.
There are as I see it no errors in dmesg.
I have stop service vdr with /etc/init.d/vdr stop
That else could be holding on to the dvb-t tuner?
Hope someone have a clue. If you need other info please advise.
