Resample Audio + Re-encode to AC3 + 23.98->25fps = not working - neil.j1983 - 2010-07-07
i've noticed that resampling audio and recoding it to ac3 when speeding playback from 24->25fps doesn't actually resample the audio.
it just recodes it without resampling it. i notice it because of a periodic clicking (like its dropping audio samples).
i'll get logs soon.

Yup, that's correct.
Unfortunately it's not a simple fix, some stuff needs to be completely rewritten for it.
