Shutdown has submenu items. Go to the Shutdown entry and press the down arrow. You can do this on most of the home menu items.
Does Aeon65 have the System Info screen somewhere? I can't seem to find it. If it doesn't, then I'll write up a feature request on github.

I merged my changes from the pix65 branch back into the master branch on github.
You need to change the git branch your working copy is pointing to, from pix65 to master. Windows user may read this post as it is explained how to switch branches: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=49958, but for the inpatients, the command you need to type is here:
Using Git on the command line it just as easy as typing:

I noticed a few days ago when in the main menu, I hit the down key to see "recent", and since then I notice none of the numbers show up for watched, movie count etc, see screenshot.

Hey guys,
is it possible to display the backdrop slideshow/single background in(side) the Videos section, too? Once a movie is in focus XBMC displays the respective fanart as usual but I have a black background when I navigate through the sub sections of Videos (e.g. DVDs, HD, Plugins, these are my "subfolders").
Plus, do you think it might be appropriate or helpful to extend the FAQ on Git by the information that the link between Trailers in the main menu to the Apple Trailers Lite Plugin only works after you have initially created a (even a very small) movie database? Before that I was told that "the Apple Plugin is not installed, please install it from ...." although it was installed already. It took me an hour to figure this out (using the plugin as a favourite worked right away, but I was eager to have the nice poster view) although it should have been clear right from the start, I know
. Other than that the skin works nearly flawlessly. There are some other aspects but one annoying post at a time

Can someone please help me decide whether to request the following as an enhancement in xbmc or aeon65.
Its relating to the scaling of posters (and perhaps other image data) in xbmc. It seems to me as if there is either a very bad scaling algorithm used to scale poster data, or perhaps something to do with my graphics card scaling....
I try to keep my fanart and posters as high resolution as possible. Below you can see a 1000 x 1500 pixel poster for the movie "Quantum Of Solace". The information dialog of aeon65 seems to show a blurry low resolution version of this poster. Its definitely reading my local copy as when I draw a few scribbles and reload, I can see its definitely reading my local copy.
See the difference below between this 1000 x 1500 px image resized to 720 x 1080 in photoshop versus the same image resized to the same size in the information dialog in aeon65.... Huge difference. I always had a feeling the image seen in xbmc didn't quite look as good as the same image when opened in microsoft paint..

So is this under control of aeon or is it xbmc. I'll write a feature request in either bug / feature tracker.

I would say it's an xbmc problem, but just to be sure you can try the same in another skin (Preferably confluence) and see if you can the same result.

Yeah I did try it in confluence but confluence doesn't show a full screen version of the poster like aeon does. Saying that, the largest view I can see of the poster does look nice and sharp to me to be honest. Does aeon decide what way to resize any of these images?

UGH! thanks for that. I had renamed that default.py to default.py2 many days ago to workaround the fact that xbmc sometimes crashes on shut down. Renaming that file resolved the crash on shutdown issue temporarily while the bug on xbmc bug tracker is looked at. Renaming it back resolved the issue! Didn't think the recently added files were used for anything other than the recently added images on the main screen.

Why do sort is not working in Music Video view?
Is there a way to add Thumbnail view to Music Video as thumbs is scrape for music video? Any mod out there for Aeon65?
Is there an option to sort in Descending for Movie like in Music Video view? Sorry never mind got mixed up with Confluence Skin.
Any must/should have <AdvancedSettings> items in AdvanceSetttings.xml?
ie. <sleepbeforeflip>0.85</sleepbeforeflip>; <fakefullscreen>true</fakefullscreen>

Seems very strange things are happening. When poster is renamed from folder.jpg to movie.tbn the resize quality of the poster is excellent, and further renames to folder.jpg shows excellent quality. Any possibility its an aeon quirk?
1) After reloading movie data just to be sure local folder.jpg was read. It was read and showed up blurry again of course. -> http://img824.imageshack.us/i/screenshot005p.png/
