Guys my cdart manager is not working, i tried a early fix i read in this forum, going deleting the databse file inside the add-ons folder but i cannot find the folder and uninstalling the program and reinstalling isnt working. cdart manager is just hanging when trying to retrieve database

- Add - 'Edit by Artist' and 'Edit by Album' functions on Modify Database tab
- Add - Change MBIDs for both Artists and albums. 3 methods available - Manually Change the MBID, Manual Search MusicBrainz, Automatic Search using XBMC supplied info(the search provides upto 10 matches)
- Add - 'Find Missing MBIDs' for Albums and Artists
- Add - 'Refresh MBIDs - Automatic' For Albums and Artist, keeps database current with MusicBrainz
- Add - Setting to enable 'Refresh MBIDs' during database update - This will cause the script to take a while to update the database since it checks all MBIDs
- Add - Ability to Disable saving of missing.txt file
- Change - Redo some of the menu animations, allowing for more levels to the Advanced menu
- Fix - properly fix saving of missing.txt file to a VFS folder
- Add - Change MBID for Albums and Artists

Got it to work after deleting it in the app data folder, i was deleting the script itself from the main programs folder, my bad

Sorry to be a nag, after getting the cdart manager working everything looks good but the clear logos, they wont show up in AEON Nox or T!. I have my folder structure correct as far as how XBMC is concerned .

The perferred method of organizing the music is the following:
Music
-----> Artist1
-------------->Album1
------------------------> track.mp3(.flac, .wav, .wmv)

------------------------> track.mp3(.flac, .wav, .wmv)

Though this format is not enforced, just that the Albums need to be in separate folder, this is because cdARTs are placed in the Album level)
If you set the 'Path to Music Library' to an 'Artwork' path, the script will use this for storing the Artist Fanarts and clearLOGOs(and create folders as needed). This path should be matched to the one in the Skin's settings
If your music has been added to XBMC's music library and you are still having problems, please post a debug log file(see signature for instructions)

Also you need to make sure that both the skin and the script's 'Path to music Library is exactly the same. Glad you got the script working. The script does try to delete the database file if it is faulty but Windows likes to lock files for a short time so the script is not always able to do so. This only happens on Windows. OSX, Linux and iOS will act differently.
I also try to keep the first two messages of this thread upto date with details about the script. The second one had links to the suggested method of folder layout.

Thanks guys, and I did read up Solidstrats, my folder structure is exactly like the post you pasted. My logos are working fine within my TV folders, i dont see why they wont work in my music structure. I have cdart manager pointing to h:/music and so is the skin

Could you post a debug log of you going through your Music library, where you would see the logos(Transparency! is preferred as I know the inner workings of the skin fairly well)
