I had the same problem yesterday, can't check if it's still a problem right now (not near my TV). - Death-Axe - 2010-12-21 02:08 Has yahoo changed something on their site? vids don't work. Lists them, but that's all. - hotrod54chevy - 2010-12-22 06:08 Bluecop, I just want to say THANK YOU for this AWESOME add-on! I have an older Apple TV,just hacked it since it's not being supported, so I missed out on Hulu on Boxee, and after Boxee lost Hulu, I thought I'd never see it on my device!!
- glocknshelby - 2010-12-22 21:52 BlueCop, Do you have any plugins that work for channelsurfing.net? This would give me complete independence from my cable oppressors. - kaiser423 - 2011-01-04 07:07 glocknshelby Wrote:BlueCop, God, channelsurfing.net would be awesome. I imagine that he'll enter the same upgrade/obsolescence cycle as all the rest, but really it does sports, and that's the only thing that xbmc doesn't do... - BlueCop - 2011-01-04 16:10 I am not working on anything for channelsurfing. They don't have content of interest to me personally. they use different streaming providers for their content and I am not sure if they use the new swf verification type. There is an old channelsurfing.net plug-in that might be of use to anyone interested. I am not sure if any of the code is still of use. It might be prudent to start a [REQUEST] thread if you really want to see this made. I have been depressed so not really working on projects I enjoy. I feel like I am irratable or sad all the time. :/ I am trying to get CBS working right again. They are no longer updating the json files I was using to index the videos. It is in the process of being rewritten. the classic tv shows still work fine but most other videos are expired because the json lists are rather old at this point. The hulu offsite search still plays the CBS episodes fine though. So you can still search for your favorite CBS shows with it. - kaiser423 - 2011-01-04 20:00 BlueCop Wrote:I am not working on anything for channelsurfing. Projects can really drag down by themselves or with life. Things will look back up soon man, try some healthy food and exercise Works for me.I'll look at the old plugin and see what I can do. Channelsurfing.net uses Justin.tv (which I think is rtmp based), Vittle, and some others. The user would have to install some plugins first, but after that I might be able to get something to go. I have about an hour free each evening right now, so I might try to code something up for ChannelSurfing.net. It really is something that I would love, so I might as well do it myself...In the meantime I'm going to move XBMC from just an xinit to an auto-run in gnome so that I at least have a WM to make using firefox to hit channelsurfing.net videos a bit easier. TBS - Plugin Questions - maui917 - 2011-01-04 20:27 Hi Blue Cop, First off great add on's thanks for your efforts, I did have a question about the tbs add on. When I open it there is 2 options shows or full episodes, if I go to shows I see Conan listed there, and can watch all the clips but there is no full episodes listed under Conan. If I go straight to full episodes it doesn't list Conan as an option. You can get full episodes of Conan here: http://www.tbs.com/video/conan/ I don't know if there is anything you can do here but if I could get full episodes of Conan that would be awesome!! - BlueCop - 2011-01-04 22:05 maui917: committed updates to add Conan to the Full Episodes listing. Thanks!!! - maui917 - 2011-01-05 03:08 Thanks so much just updated and now getting full episodes of Conan! |
