(Help required) Fresh library = no thumbnails - t2ffn - 2010-08-30
Argh! I've broken my XBMC!
Long story short, I wanted to get movie sets working so exported my library, edited NFO files etc, then re-added, but this didn't work.
I deleted myvideos34 database file, and emptied the /.xbmc/userdata/Thumbnails folder, ensured all of my files were scraped using Ember, then re-added my movies.
What I have found is NONE of my movies have thumbnails, but do have fanart. I can 'add thumbnail' which works, but I cannot go through my entire library and do this!
I have tried sudo apt-get update and upgrade, but this hasn't changed anything.
What should I do? How do I best uninstall and reinstall XBMC live? I used XBMCfreaks installer, but would hope I could just overwrite the XBMC installation??
Any help appreciated, as my XBMC is now utterly useless
