Hi,
just installed a fresh ubuntu lucid with xbmc 32595 and newest nvidia drivers.
But now i am not able to select VDPAU in my render setting, which i used on my old system. When i use Auto FFmpeg with vdpau is used, which should be okay too.
Is there still a VDPAU render option ? How can i enable it ?

no. vdpau is not a rendering method. it is a hw video decoder and scaler. hence you simply tick 'allow hw acceleration (vdpau)'.
