Hi,
Today the computer formatted, re-installed XBMC
And fixed to the skin, skin settings I entered, I built what I want to be on the menu, when I left the menu, I selected a menu in advance no matter what I chose, plus I have no way to click the settings - I do not have such an option at all.
What can you do?

I'm going to guess you may have accidently check 'kiosk mode'....to turn of settings->skin settings->general

By mistake I marked what the menu will not show, I was confused.
