Night - 1.4.7 -Release/General Discussion - mcborzu - 2010-10-06 03:37
Night started as a project for myself to learn skinning but quickly evolved into a full skin. It's main features include: TV Show Logos, Bigger Episode thumbs, more realistic 3D thumbs in some views, and keeping fanart complimentary rather than the focus. Amongst other features just a skin that tries to do things differently...ENJOY!

To get logos go to Settings -> Skin -> Movie/TV Options then click the button to search and download logos

The Devs would like us to wait one week before Repo upload so this should be available maybe next Monday - October 11th
So for this week I'm at a feature freeze. Only bugs or small changes/fixes...
Git as always is up to date. For those that don't like GIT here is a regular DOWNLOAD

There's a slight glitch in the Movie Wall View, nothing major, just the watched overlay on the bottom row disappears when a film is highlighted.
This skin is many shades of awesome!!!

Also you still have a typo in the "Skin settings - Movies / TV" screen (in screenshot above too). Currently says "Use local a landcape.jpg....." should be "Use local a landscape.jpg....."

when we are on textstrings maybe also change "user needs" to "you need"
and a mistake i did with the musicgenre logos. its psychedelic and not psycedelic

True, it looks like I missed alot of strings but script-Rom_Collection_Browser-gameinfo.xml doesnt count, in my eyes, as it a supplemental script. And Includes_Next_Aired.xml isn't officially in Night yet, but thats just a simple 'find and replace all' to localize those....
