It's there but not an eye sore. Plus all of the options are still there, you just have to scroll left and right.

The other reason I wanted to do mine that way was to be a little creative about it. I didn't really want to do anything that someone else has done (a lot of skins have that layout).

Fair point

Stranger Wrote:Although ultimately being creative in respects to skinning is improving/innovating what has already been done, which trumps your point since it's still a sub-menu

I never said I was trying to innovate, lol. I just wanted to do something different, in the end it's always going to be a sub-menu. So, I'm not exactly sure how "trumps" my point.

To be honest, I wasn't even trying to make a point, I just wanted to style mine differently from what other people have done and gave my reasoning behind it.

Looks very nice and clean... can't wait to try this!

Please, when the skin is made public consider releasing the images uncompressed so that Xbox users like myself can build the .xpr?

Thank you both!

PS: Does the 'Basic Skin' has a name? Smile

Yeah, I believe we plan on releasing it without compressed textures so people can create their own themes and change what they want. The main reasoning for this (for me at least), is the final skin will be exactly what I want in a skin (looks & feel) then if people want to mod it and change things to their tastes, then they will be able to.

As for the name, you said it Big Grin

"Basic" - short, simple, and to the point.

Wow, have to say that this is looking pretty awesome. And you're making progress really fast.

Love the idea of keeping it 'simple' so people can mod it to their own liking. Looking forward to using this skin.

Keep up the great work!
