Soutie Wrote:Ronnie,

Quick one, using the SVN version I noticed that the option "Show fanart instead of visuilisation" under Skin settings -> General is no longer there. Has this option moved or been removed all together?

i redid the whole visualisation settings thing and moved the options to the MusicOSD.

you now also have the option to show the visualisation on top of the fanart image.

other new options are to show the fanart/visualisation as a background all throughout the skin.

Skin Settings > Backgrounds > Use visualisation background

for the Home screen this will be enabled by default (same as before), but you can now turn it of:
Skin Settings > Home Window > Hide visualisation background

I think I found a bug in the latest svn build.

When going into "video", rescan your movie-share. Go back to homescreen, you got a notice in the top left say somthing like (I use swedish): "Alarmclock canceled with xxx minutes xx seconds left".

Cant say I seen this before. Smile

if you can reproduce it, i'd like to see a Debug Log of this.

I can reproduce it everytime I do what I told. But how and where do I get the debug-logg? Smile I use mac os x.

This happens when alarm=1 is set in the options of the randomitems script.

It is set in the skin xml, it's not a GUI option.

Ah ok, then it must been changed by developers and posted to the svn. I haven't changed in any files. Just in the gui.
But I try found out. Thanks. Smile

doesn't happen on my end, so i'd still like to see a full debug log.
- Settings > System > Debugging > enable debug logging
- restart xbmc
- reproduce the issue
- post complete Debug Log on pastebin

check the wiki to find out where the logfile is located on your drive.

Okey, I fix it tomorrow. My wife own the mac mini with crap tv-shows now. Wink

I have same issue, pastebin - http://pastebin.com/isnvevqZ

- yabbah - 2011-02-11

Now I have fixed a Debug Log, I deleted the log that was in the dir. Started up xbmc, it scanned for new content. After a few seconds it said that msg with, alarmclock interupt with xxx minutes xx seconds left.

Ops, missed the link, here it is. http://pastebin.com/nsRQ2ULE

I saw a thing. I just have to go into Videos (not movies/library) and then back to homemenu, after that I got that alarm interrupt message. If you can try reproduce it. Smile

- ronie - 2011-02-11

ok, got it. i doesn't happen on my end since i'm using a recent git version of xbmc. and the silent canceling of alarms was added shortly after dharma was released.

i will change things back to how they were for now, no problem.

in the near future i will re-add it though, it's not my intention to keep the svn version of T! to be backward compatible with dharma.

- ronie - 2011-02-11

fixed in svn now.
let me know if you still get this issue.

the 'cancel..' message will still pop up when you enable/disable recentlyadded and
randomitems in skin settings, but i hope you'll be able to live with that.
