here's where things go wrong:
Quote:WARNING: CUtil::SplitExecFunction(ActivateWindow(10025,"J:\Braz\",return)) - end of string while searching for ) or "

looks like a xbmc issue to me.
the fact it did work on your previous T! version is most likely do to the fact you where using a different xbmc build then.

you should create a ticket on trac for this.

cheers,

In music visualization mode I can see a small square at the top left of the screen.
When using the skin default theme and color is hard to see but if I change to grey it becomes very clear. I think it's a piece of the media file "list-focus.png"

Also, when playing an .m4a (iTunes) file there is no bit rate information.
But maybe that's a XBMC issue and not a skin problem...

no idea what it is and how it got there...
it's not happening on my end.
is it still visible if you disable the background visualization?

if xbmc doesn't report the bitrate to the skin, the skin can't display it.
most likely bitrate info is not supported for .m4a files.

Yes. I don't think the visualization is the problem because the square is not visible when playing on home screen.
But as soon I start music player full screen it appears...
I installed XBMC in VMware to see if I get same problem there, and I do.
But then I noticed when the mouse is enabled, the square disappears when the mouse is moved a little.
If I disable the mouse the square is always there when entering music player full screen...
Very strange.:confused2:

Hi, I tried to reproduce your problem and it does not happen, I even changed the calibration so it would appear elsewhere but I still can't see it.

I also checked list-focus.png in the grey theme but it is a 32 pixel empty square with a 1 pixel white border so that can't be it either.

However, I am not using svn so that may have something to do with it.

Hi jpf55. Thanks for testing.
I'm pretty sure it is "list-focus.png" because when I changed it, the "top-left-square" changed to... see pictures below.

I find it strange if I'm the only one with this very small but a little bit annoying "dead pixel look a like" problem.

Hmmm, very weird, also weird your original picture says the list-focus.png is 6x6 pixels instead of 32. Both list-focus.png in textures.xbt and grey.xbt are 32 pixel square.

I think it's only a piece (bottom right) of list-focus.png that is visible.

Perhaps but, that should not change its size...

Are you running svn of xbmc and or T!, if so which ones?

Like it says in my signature, I am running only the stable versions of both

heh, thanx for the tip :-)

changed it to red on my end, and i'm seeing it too now.

will check what's going on....

turns out to be a xbmc bug, but easy to work around.

fixed in svn.
