Ok lol I'm still trying to figure out what I need to do. I'm just now experimenting with smb, so I'll report back!

Yes, if you copy the theme.mp3 manually it plays perfect. All these smb-issues all the time...grml. I think I will try the new nfs support today

the smb issue should be fixed in the latest xbmc nightly build:

I have a problem on a windows 7 pc:
themes don't play on my machine, although themes a downloaded and stored correctly?!

I don´t see any smb-related issue´s in the log anymore.
However, I tried to download these two theme´s:
- "Franklin & Bash" didn´t work.
- "Scott & Bailey" worked.
While downloading xbmc still freezes but recovers fast.
I hope the log helps you.

can't help you with the freezes, it's a xbmc issue.

I installed the latest nightly build and tvtunes 1.03 works fine for a while. But after a few minutes, XBMC freezes and when I re-open it, tvtunes doesn't work anymore. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
