Is the Apple Remote supported in XBMC within windows - Vlaves - 2010-11-02
Hi,
I have one question. On OS X I use the XBMC with the Apple Remote and this is working perfectly. Will the Apple Remote also work in Windows?
I would like to use the Windows Version, since there is full Hardware acceleration (h.264, VC1 and so on) and it is possible to execute Programs withing XBMC. In OS X this is not possible...

Do a quick Google for "apple remote bootcamp" or something like that. I'm fairly sure that the latest Bootcamp includes drivers for the Apple remote. However you'll need a helper app like Eventghost to make it work with XBMC.
