I seem to be able to get Netflix up and browse in XBMC and have verified and linked Netflix and stated its Netlfix Canada. Only thing is when I select the movie to play it goes to netflix but never finds it and says movie is unavailable. It seems it pulls info from Netflix that doesn't exist? Anyone encounter something like this

Yeah, IIRC there is a solution posted earlier in this thread. I'm on my phone so I can't look it up right now, though. I had this problem last time I tried to use xbmcflicks too.

So, I'm new to using XBMC and XBMC Flicks and I am running OSX. I have Firefox installed and set as my default browser and my Netflix account has successfully authorized XBMC Flicks, BUT when I try and play any videos through XBMC flicks, it brings up firefox in the background and in order to view it I have to minimize or close XBMC and actually go to my web browser to watch.

XBMC flicks doesn't work, especially on OSX, I hope you guys come out with a newer version. FOr the time I'm still using Plex's netflix app because that does seem to work.. any ideas?

The new Netflix web player makes this work so much better! http://blog.netflix.com/2012/05/updated-web-video-player.html

The upside of the new web player is that with this set up with the iewrapper on Windows 7 I no longer need to hit the full screen button since the new player automatically fills the browser window and the window is already taking up the entire screen. It is one less step I need to do to watch something so I am all for it. Also, I can actually SEE the interface from far away and don't have to move closer the the TV to know where to click!

How do you get it to work? I have os/x and when I click on a movie it does nothing, it says login with web browser, but the web browser doesn't do anything

How one can change the database to be queried? my point is, being on Argentina, we have different content... each movie I see as a result, throws eventually to the "content not yet available" message.

So basically, how can I see the Argentine database?

Thanks much! Smile
Any ideas how to fix this? I would really love to have it working...

So the difficulty I run into here is I have no Silverlight on my AppleTV. I have a Firefox browser installed on my AppleTV, that browser is thanks to the Firecore ATV Flash hack.

I have tried to install Silverlight with no success. AM I SOL?

Can you tell me more about this working player?
