Hi giftie - sorry it took so long to get back to you. Yeah something kind of like this - So say I run Cinema Experience with a horror movie like Halloween. What would be great is that if it recognized that this is a horror movie and pulled the genre and the rating through the XBMC library and searched one directory for trailers based on similar criteria. All of the trailers could be from other movies that are also in the XBMC library but would all have their trailers in the same folder location. All of the trailers would be named with the naming convention that CE requires. I'm not sure if all that made sense or not lol

The script already does this, it can select trailers based on genre and MPAA rating. Set the scraper to 'XBMC Movie Library' then turn on 'Limit Trailers by MPAA Rating of Movie' and 'Limit Trailers by Genre of Movie' as needed.

hi,
I'm using eden with the aeon mq3 skin, cinema experience is giving me a strange problem I cant work out, it plays the trailers perfectly but then rather than playing the main movie it quits back to the library screen. I have tried disabling all my other add-ons and tried re-installing CE with the same result.

Cinema Experience is making XBMC hang for me. It has worked once or twice in the past, but the last few days I've tried it, I click on the 'video camera' icon from within the info screen of the movie I'm about to watch, and it returns me to the main menu and then just hangs there - the whole thing is unresponsive and I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to exit XBMC.
I'm using XBMC Eden on a Windows 7 premium PC with the Transparency 4.0.5 skin.
Does anyone know why it might be doing this?

Hey there, is there something speciall i need to do to be able to play a short clip before the actuall movie? I downloaded a clip that counted down from 10 and under "special" in settings i changed feature intro to my clip. Still movies just starts. That is the only thing i changed so maybe i did something wrong? Thanks

A debug log is needed. Also be sure you are using a compatible skin(not all have integration) The script also usually only starts from the Video Info screen.
