This may have been asked, but I searched and could not find. Is it possible to replace the aTV flubber video with something more media center oriented (custom intro video) or totally remove it (If removed would boot up time be increased?

You could, but the timing of that video is designed to hide startup delays by giving you something to look at

I was thinking about finding an xbox boot video and putting it on there, just for old times sake. Has anyone else done this and if so what videos are you using?
