I use also MySQL (to share and synchronize XBMC userdata profiles between multiple machines) so I can't use "map network drive" Sad only smb share will work properly http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/10836.

Please do not give up, you'll come up with something else Nod

smb://mybookworld/Media/Video/1. Movies/movietitle/movietitle.avi path ?

Hiya Hiram,

Sounds like a great plug-in, but I am also getting the "could not detect movie paths! Contact developer!" on Vista.

From what I can understand, this is because of samba shares, but both of my folders are local.

Hi, i'm running XBMC on windows (7) as well, and i still get the message: 'contact developer!'...

I've got samba shares and i use 1.7 of your plugin
