I have no problems with what is going on, it's unfortunate that they are forced to do this in order to watch their backs.. it's the stupid laws we have and even worse with the US government snatching up domains without due process, can't risk losing XBMC.org!
In this case isolating addons to separate site is a good idea, and keeping them all under one roof, I don't care who runs it
Oh and one thing that might work out nicely is each addon having it's own sub-forum, so it's not just one massive long thread with the same question asked a thousand times over, instead a thousand separate threads with the same question
Hey so im using the current "nightly" and was wondering if you could tell me why or help me fix tv shows? When i go to any section under tv shows it throws a script error (such as a-z, popular etc.) any idea why?

What exact version are you using?
If this isn't concerning the beta then take it to the support thread, if it is then you need to post debug logs

Eldorado after your testing will you keep your repo up.....cause I can't wait till main repo is updated I'm just gonna install your repo on my atv2 cause on the pc it's working flawlessly

Has it been considered to add an option to the settings to wipe the metadata / database? I know this is easy to do with ssh or a file explorer, but it seems having this as an easily accessible option in the settings menu could be a simple solution to a lot of problems...

No, once beta testing is done and released I will likely delete it... unless we keep going with testing on further releases... so maybe

Should never be a need to delete the metadata DB, those who are doing it are just taking shots in the dark without knowing what the real problem is
And can be a dangerous option to allow, easy to make a mistake!
