I assume you are using the horizontal menu. There is an option in the settings menu to set either a normal horizontal menu or a low horizontal menu.

- keibertz - 2011-02-10

just one klick on the Screenshot and u will see that i dont use the Horizontal Home menu...
But thx for the answer any way

its at bottom to fit the Recently Added.
We could set the focus position higher if thats what you are missing

- keibertz - 2011-02-10

maybe u can add a option in the setting where the user can choos if u want the focus on the bottom or higher like before.
Like at the horizontal menu where the User can choose if its on the bottom or in the middel of the screen as htpc guy described

vs65r Wrote:Hi,

I notice if the RSS is disabled, there is still a bar at screen bottom.

Maybe you could add this in home.xml (line 138) to remove it when there is no RSS enabled ?

PHP Code:
    <visible>system.getbool(lookandfeel.enablerssfeeds)</visible

Thanks.

I left this cause it look better when using low Horizontal.
Will make it to dissapear on Horizontal and Vertikal

Malexx Wrote:dont know for the moment but normally if you set a view for a playlist it should stay next time you open.
For me the view seems to be present in all playlists that contain the same media type.

For example, if I set a view for Playlist A, which contains movies, then open Playlist B, also movies, it will have the same view. If I change the view whilst in Playlist B then navigate back to Playlist A, the view I changed to will be present here.

Sorry if this is steering OT.

Sorry, should have said that I'm at work and my vpn blocked the connection to the screenshot.

It should be possible. I've just figured it out for refocus, but not yet for cirrus. All I need to do is copy and paste the onclick command which invokes the view into IncludesHomeMainMenu.xml after the onclick command which launches the playlist.

In refocus this is
PHP Code:
<onclick>Container.SetViewMode(55)</onclick
which I lifted from the "set view" dialogue/pop-out. Not sure if it's as straightforward with cirrus as I've yet to try it.

eta: according to the wiki it should be.
Quote:Container.SetViewMode(id) Set the current view mode (list, icons etc.) to the given container id.

ok,this is good to know, thank you.

Is it possible to have recently added view hide watched automatically? Reason I ask is always do it manually through the view settings but then when I into my tv library i have to unset it so can see my library?

- Malexx - 2011-02-11

not sure if i understand right, but watched items dont get listed in the recently added

- butchabay - 2011-02-11

I think he means when entering from submenu to rec.added, so you are in library mode ...
