Problems pausing/resuming playback - retro83 - 2011-02-05

I can only trigger this reliably with the iPlayer plugin, but they think it's an XBMC bug.
Basically just pause/resume an iPlayer video a few times and XBMC goes semi-responsive/crashes.
Already tried rolling back to RC1 and RC2 which both also have the problem.
Tried disabling dxva. Tried all the different audio output types.
What else can I try? Does anybody else see this problem?
OS: Win 7 64bit
