I am a new to xbmc so please bare with me.......
i am having trouble with the actors images not appearing. I have selected the option and have update on open on. But still it doesn't work . I am using the latests version for the xbmc website on windows 7 32bit. Every thing else seems to be work great .
Can any give me some pointers on what can I do to resolve this .

I had this too. For some reason the IMDB default settings are not pulling actor info & pictures from IMDB! The funny thing is that some actor pictures are coming through, but they are not the same as what I found on IMDB! The solution was to configure my "source" settings:
Choose source
Set content
Settings
Enable Full cast credits YES
IMDB Poster & actor thumb size 1024
All of a sudden, with these settings, it started to download the exact same pictures as what I see on IMDB. For the movies already scraped, it's sufficient to "refresh" the movie info.

is there a way to auto update the cast for all movies?
