Posted this is the 'general help', but now realise this may have been a better place for it. Please excuse double posting.

Any help/idea appreciated !

Hey,

I'm running ATV 3.0.2 and XBMC Dharma 10.00. Have installed NitoTV for USB support, and my media is on an external USB drive mounted on ATV.

When connected wirelessly I can see the XBMC uPNP server from a client on my iPAD. Brilliant, this works OK.

When I install my nice new Crystal HD card and use the wired interface on the ATV I cant see the uPNP server from any uPNP client.

Weird, huh ? The ATV is on the network, everything else works.

Am I missing something obvious ?

Thanks.

Sorted this out. The uPNP client couldn't see the server when scanning the network, but when you manually enter the IP, it is OK.
