Seems to be working with the new default.py file but I only get a few minutes, then buffering, then more video then *poof* back to the menu (in my case, the live menu). Anyone have any thoughts?

i get it too.
i also get it on my Macbook (laptop).
i've chalked it up to AppleTV not being able to keep up with the stream when the stream itself buffers for more than 5 - 10 seconds.
On my Mac, when it happens, it just catches itself up to the live action.
happens to me sometimes on the replays.... ?
that's my theory....

i.e.,
watching the women's world cup right now, and it's doing it.
on the AppleTV it buffers, and kicks out
on my Macbook, it buffers, but then 10-15 seconds later, it catches up to the live action....
often times, going all the way back out to the XMBC main menu, and then going back in helps. not sure if doing this is clearing the cache....? but it does help.

clearing the cache didn't help - I wonder if there could be a buffer or a time out setting somewhere. it seems like it thinks the stream has ended and just closes.

It looks like the whole passportproject.org is down. I'm wondering if we would be able to host multiple sites like the espn3.passportproject.org? I'd be willing to donate to get some legit hosting.

yeah. sorry for the inconvenience everyone.
working with the person that owns the server to get it back up. but it does not seem to be high on their priority list -- for whatever reason.
@thnmnt -- if you can think of somewhere else to host the script, that would be awesome! i've got all the scripts on my home machine.
just need a server with perl and a mysql database access.

How much bandwidth does the server need? I may have some options. I have a couple people with web servers they could possibly host it on.
