@ grifter - Read post 571 and 574. Those got me going from the same script failed error message.

@canadave - if your .xml file is missing, you may want to remove and reinstall the addon. If still missing, follow the directions in post 571 and copy all that broadband link data, paste it to a notepad and save as .xml. It's the same thing.

@mbbransc - thanks man... so i created my userdata.xml and my own cookies.lwp.

How do I transfer this to special://profile/addon_data/plugin.video.espn3/
What program should I use to open this?
So far, using XBMC, i've only used putty.exe and cyberduck to edit my SSH and trasfer files...

Has anyone else experienced the live stream crashing back out to the list of live events, using this addon on an ATV2? I was just watching a live stream...it started out buffering but became better...watched it for about 15 minutes, then suddenly it started buffering, then crashed back to the list. I started it up again (this time with 1800 instead of 2200 set as the live data rate), watched it another minute, then it crashed again.

Is this likely the addon, or likely a problem with the stream? If it's more likely the addon, I'll start grabbing and posting logs and such....

i have the same problem. i think it's b/c of insufficient bandwidth. Not sure what are you using? dsl, cable, fiber?

I had to lower the stream to 1200 and it works fine. For some reason anything over 1200(for me) just buffer and then it kick you off the stream.

- canadave - 2012-01-10

ok, thanks guys. I'll try it at 1200 and lower and see if that improves (I'm on 20mbps cable down).

- canadave - 2012-01-10

Well, it seems as though 800k is the limit for me. 1200 crashed me out a few times.

Just curious...if my download package is 20mbps, how come it chokes on a 1200kbps (or is it 1200KBps? shouldn't matter...) feed? I'm able to stream things like Icefilms at high streaming rates...it can almost play HD feeds!

Well, seems like for me it is a no go anymore.. keeps giving me the scrip error.
I had it running this morning and as canadave was kicking me out. Now.. its just the scrip error.

Anyone else with the same prob?
Thanks.

What platform are you using it on? Have you tried restarting? I got the script error a few times after crashing out, and simply restarting my ATV2 fixed it.

- WildBill - 2012-01-10

post the error

- Macpatto - 2012-01-10

@ Canadave I've had restarted few times. I have also done the "killall appletv" from terminal. But not much luck.
@ wildbill I am in the process of getting the log. Give me few mins. Thanks.

I would say that espn server but that just a guess.

I do know that espn will kick you off the stream if you buffer to much
