I was wondering if an audible alert could be added for various weather warnings (tornado) as I leave my system on pretty much 24/7 and the massive tornado outbreak in my neck of the woods, thanks guys.

- Added : Accuweather.com suppports multi-language.
How-to-set : Addon's Settings->Provider->Accuweather.com Language
Supported languages : Arabic, Castellano, Catalan, Chinese(SIM, Taiwan, HK), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French(Canada), Frehch, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese(Brazil), Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Spanish(Latin), Swedish, Turkish

Some info Limited and Alert, Video, Map not available now.
But Accuweather.com is covering a lot more cities around the world, and NOAA could be a good option to users who think weather.com is somewhat inaccurate.

1) Where can I download the latest version can you post a link
2) Where do I install is this correct /Applications/XBMC.frappliance/XBMCData/XBMCHome/addons/skin.confluence and just over write the stuff there

That should be put into skin's language xml folder.
If a skin has no polish langauge xml, you can't select polish in XBMC's settings and addon's polish xml is useless.
But you can translate text of addon's settings with the linked file below.
If you do it and post here, I'll thank you and update.
