Thanks for taking a look at it. Video is just greyed out where I can't select it. I am using the Aeon skin. It was working fine until just recently. I tried updating the app and my skin, but neither seemed to work.....

I have got the same problem. Video is grayed out. I upgraded to 2.2.7 to see if that was the issue. Nope. I don't know where the log file is. If you quickly tell me I will send it to you. Sorry to ask a question that has been asked a 100 times I'm sure.
i'm on 10.1 stable. Confluence.

I'm using only windows 7, so I know only about vista or 7 -> %appdata%\xbmc\xbmc.log

It's still grayed out and will not let me select it. I have been installing the new weather addons over the old ones. Does it matter? Do I have to uninstall the old. I have never had to in the past.

Sometimes, it matters. You can try to uninstall and reinstall.
But before that, please check this file : %appdata%\xbmc\userdata\addon_data\weather.weatherplus\settings.xml, you may find this :<setting value="#" id="video_type"/>
# should be 0 or 1. If it's not 0 or 1, please make it "0".

Yup, that did the trick. It was set to "1". Thanks for your help.

Would it be possible for you to add the Nowegian provider yr.no or pent.no as they covers lots more citys.
It has english language 2.

Thanks for suggesting those providers.
yr.no looks good and they provide English, but it's not good when it comes to compatibility with Weather.com.
They don't give highest and lowest temperatures, so in order to display temp properly, skinners should work for that.
pent.no is also good, but I don't see english except for city's name.
I'd like to add a lot of great providers into Weather Plus.
But I should always think about compatibility with the form this addon and the compatible skins already have.

I'm not sure if I have an issue or not. I like to have the local video selected for my local forecast. I believe if the local video isn't available it should default back to the regional video. It isn't doing this for me anymore. I have to select the regional video option in order to get any video at all now.
