[WIP] Formula 1 Content - hoobie7 - 2011-03-11 07:27

So I've been using XBMC for a while now for my movies and TV Shows.
As of late I've really been getting into Formula 1 racing.
Unfortunately I've found that theTVDB.org does not allow sports content.
Disheartening as that may be I decided to simply create my own content.
I will admit I did have a hell of a time getting the NFO's and videos to show up correctly in XBMC but after a while I got the hang of it.
I also made some thumbnails and banner icons; this too took considerable effort since I was very unfamiliar with GIMP.
So, in an effort to save some of you a little trouble and to make my small contribution to the XBMC effort I've decided to start this collaborative thread for Formula 1 racing.
Hopefully with your assistance this thread can have some really great content!

Yeah, that's next on my list.
New season is only two weeks out!

Also, I've been trying to find pre-race blurbs to put into the race nfo's.
Something like:

"So-and-so leads in the points but this guy and that guy are hot on his heels.
This race could make or break several teams, and so on and so forth......"

I checked f1.com but couldn't find anything.
Anyone have any ideas?
