It looks as though thertv is back to hosting their own streams. It would delicious to get access to their streams of msnbc and current tv: http://www.thertv.eu/.
By the way, I haven't been able to get the msnbc stream in the English language/News section to work for a while. It seems that its web source is running (http://www.rentadrone.tv/msnbc-live-rockinroosters/), so I don't know what is holding up the stream from running in XBMC. Anyone else having this problem? I really miss having a remote friendly MSNBC stream.
If anyone can send me instructions to creating my own .strm files, I would gladly learn how to do it. Thanks in advance!!

TheRTV.eu keeps going back and forth between their own hosts and Justin.tv as soon as they finally pick a host I will update the streams but here is the updated rentadrone MSNBC

@Wildbill: Thanks for the link. I'm getting the hang of it. When I edited my XML, this worked for Rentadrone's stream of MSNBC for me. Really, it's just a couple of changes in the StreamDB.com's .strm file for MSNBC.

I installed latest version.
No files download - I've restarted but nothing ever downloads - each time I get the settings page.

I assume I should get a community list when that option is checked?
