The xml file you are using is better to determine what is happening than the server log file you posted.

I suspect the streams you want are from one of the standard community files?

If so, almost none of the UK links work. Secondly, for standard UK streams (eg. BBC, etc) they are geoblocked. You need to use a vpn.

Sorry man but sometime you don't have time to do everything, first the point is it's more difficult to find the stream than to format it and for how to format it
Take any example above the link are separated in 3 part

Rtmp link
Swfpath
URL path

Example:

rtmp://46.105.109.122/edge/---rtmp link
tve1lkzlj5vqz83 ------ playpath
http://static.ilive.to/jwplayer/player.swf ----swfpath
http://www.ilive.to/view/23523/ABC_channel --- urlpath

So I hoping that is more easy like this

Thanks

Having the XML file with thumbnails and all would be really nice, but I do agree that finding the stream is the most difficult part, so thanks a lot for your contributions Smile

castalla Wrote:Here's some working code for the pm21 example above:

Original stream listing

ABC

rtmp://46.105.109.122/edge/tve1lkzlj5vqz83 -W http://static.ilive.to/jwplayer/player.swf -p http://www.ilive.to/view/23523/ABC_channel

Example:

rtmp://46.105.109.122/edge/---rtmp link
tve1lkzlj5vqz83 ------ playpath
http://static.ilive.to/jwplayer/player.swf ----swfpath
http://www.ilive.to/view/23523/ABC_channel --- urlpath

Hope others can use this as a template .

There is some useful extra info here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?p=996473#post996473

That's a very good example castalla, I am pretty sure many users will benefit for such a good template.

You will need to format the XML like explained in this post:

I got that part, that was from the US Feeds file, they had swf and pageurls, the HD channels only have the rtmp.. thats where I'm stumped.

On that note, from the US Feeds list, I have only gotten ABC to work so far (only tried about 7) and 2 are not showing up at all on my list even though they are entered correctly. thoughts?

For HD Channels use the example below, just replace rtmp and playpath. no need to change swfurl and pageurl

<title>Comedy Central HD</title>
<link>rtmp://s99.webport.tv/live playpath=z020503.stream swfUrl="http://www.tvsector.com/wp-content/uploads/jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress/player/player.swf" pageUrl="http://www.tvsector.com/national-geographic-nat-geo-hd/" timeout=60</link>

Half way there. That worked perfectly, I can see the channel now its an option to select...just doenst play. I've tried HBO, FOX and Disney XD from the list. Are they just bad links now or an I messing up somewhere?

HBO and Disney XD are working here though buffering, probably because of server's bandwidth issues.

You can check on the tvsector site how good they work at the moment.

Try with this list:

http://pastebin.com/k7uavgZR

That's already formatted so you can just try it out like it is.

GENIUS! Now I have Disney, HBO and CC working, ESPN doesnt work. But while they are working its jumping and pixelating and buffering....I assume thats normal? Is there any way combat that?
EDIT: So now that I have a few working, is there any way of finding the rtmp without using coolhaj6? or is it my best bet? I have plugged in the feeds from the posted US channel pastebin and can only get couple to work, even though the ilive stream works in browser.......sorry, just want to get this done!!
