thanks man but dont work again animal, discovery, national geographic, nat geo wild.... win 7 x32, xbmc eden 11 rc2 and live stream 0.1.6 Any sugestion? Thanks again! ps. 70-80% of this list don' work anymore - it worked fine in march.

But the link you gave is not the rtmp stream, but the on-demand flv video file that were playing while you were sniffing the url.
As for the justinTV stream, same set up. But they change their token quite often, so that's why I do not bother with justintv streams.
But the setup is the same as shown above.

I've added them all to my list. And moved DAVE to the other local UK channels.
FIlmon uses a token system. They generate a token exclusively for your IP address.
I haven't figured out how to get behind it yet.

I am using your list and I can't access some of the channels on your list such as Nat Geo HD and SD Geo Wild HD and SD, HBO 1 and 2 HD, I can play some of the channels such as ESPN America HD, Eurosport HD, Animal planet HD, and some of the Sky movie channels. I am using unblock-us as well. Here's my log file:

Nothing I can do anything with I'm afraid. You're just gonna have to check back later.
Here's the thing. They use a maximum IPs system on their channels to avoid horrible lag and server overloading.
And by them I mean Futubox.
