Switch back to ftp for streaming, nfs streaming not working starts the movie then plays ab out 1 sec and then stops again. so still a bit buggy. but looking forward to next versions when dev team has looked more into the NFS

on iOS 4.3.3 on ipad , have the very same problem with 18 june build

I am using XMBC PRE-11.0 Git:20110618-eedceeb(complied Jun 18 2011), My apple TV is uptodate. I downloaded the latest from http://hadm.net/xbmc/.

Removed advancedsettings.xml and XBMC started up right away.
Still have problems with Mysql settings, any chance for a quick fix?

thats normal - same messages where there with smb too ... the error just says that it failed to create the dir because it is already there ... will look into this some day and check before creating the dirs for not spamming the log.
For your streaming problem with nfs i need a log ... haven't experienced anything like that ... and i use nfs since 4weeks or so ...
Ps: as i see in your log you seem to use 2 different nfs servers ... one for thumbnails and one for the media? This could lead to problems then ... consider this as a known problem and try using only one nfs server by now...

Hi guys (first post here woohoo !)
So far in what i tested, with latest (20110618 atv2) xbmc release, with Confluence (horizontal view) here are the few bugs i noticed :
- many add-ons have no visible radio button as mentioned here. Mainly Themoviedb.org addon doesn't show much
- most of add-ons are firstable shouting they are inactive, which can be quickly be fixed if you go to Setup --> addons --> install add-ons and contextual-menu-click on the repositories and chose the refresh option,
- themoviedb.org addon doesn't work : symptom is you get a "unable to connect, do you still want to go on scanning" pop up window. If you select the NO answer, then the scanning stops and your db isn't up-to-date anymore. If you keep on scanning you can maybe scan a few more folders, and then get the error message again. Odd
Otherwise all works fine and smoothly.
That release is a big step forward with the new Confluence design, i love it much. And would like to throw a big thankful hi to Keith and developpers around, who made it work and shared it with masses like me.

I installed XBMC on my ATV2 through NitoTV. What I got was the June 19th nightly. Is this ok? I thought NitoTV installed the latest stable release for the correct dependencies and from there I was to install a nightly build to use hardware acceleration. I've done this before. Does June 19th nightly have all the correct dependencies? Thanks for all your hard work.

There is an official build from the 19th, so feel free to use that, it's just as up to date as my nightly. I will do another nightly build in a few days.

We need help running AE thru its paces before merge. So if you got a minute, pull down the AE .deb's and post up a report, please.
And no radio buttons is a known issue.
