- jchau - 2011-11-13 17:48 Not sure if anyone is getting a script error for Business New Network. I am getting this error: Quote:10:42:35 T:4272 M:2218323968 NOTICE: DEBUG:root:fetching http://esi.ctv.ca/datafeed/urlgenjs.aspx?vid=566351 Looks like I got the same error for Omni TV - stripes - 2011-11-19 22:08 teefer22 Wrote:Unfortunately the guy who set up the repository isn't around anymore and no one has any way to update it but him. Jedix did some fixes and created a new zip file. That's why the repository version isn't the newest one. Everything works fine with that new zip file release. So wouldn't it be a good idea to make a new repository and then update the unofficial add-on repositories wiki page with a link to the new repos link? Thanks for the help. - Asmuel - 2011-11-20 04:36 I'm using Windows and I'm not able to watch any Global shows (maybe there are others that don't work, I haven't tried many). The directories for the episodes are all empty. I'm new to this whole XBMC business, so maybe I've done something wrong...let me know if this sounds right: I got the newest stable release of XBMC, and I downloaded Canada on Demand as a zip file on github (right here). I also downloaded RTMPDump from here (the link next to "Download Windows build"), took the "librtmp" file from there to replace the one I had. Then I turned on "My librtmp is awesome". It took me a while to figure all that out...this stuff isn't very user-friendly for the average computer user. Anyway, despite all of that, Global still doesn't work. Does anybody know what else I can try? Or what I've done wrong? I'd really appreciate it—thanks! - jedix - 2011-11-23 16:10 Asmuel Wrote:I'm using Windows and I'm not able to watch any Global shows (maybe there are others that don't work, I haven't tried many). He has pulled the all but one fix, but I don;t think he's made a new zip file. Try cloning the git tree and putting it where the zip install to. I don't know where that is on windows. - Asmuel - 2011-11-23 23:33 jedix Wrote:I'm not sure if that zip file is up to date. So...thanks! - blacknirvana - 2011-11-26 03:00 Not many channels working for me Running it on the latest nighly build, could it be because im in Europe? - jedix - 2011-12-02 01:16 blacknirvana Wrote:Not many channels working for me Yes, most websites block all but Canadian IPs. - dieselboy27 - 2011-12-02 07:46 I would love it if this plugin could be updated. - digitaltrack - 2011-12-05 08:33 I get "script failed" error on Treehouse and YTV. Anyone else is getting the same error? Thanks! - dieselboy27 - 2011-12-05 20:00 There are tons of errors, BNN hasn't worked in ages. |
