Agreed.

Yeah, I figured some would have a problem with that. I'll just mod my own at some point. For the record though, the first flip clocks were released in the 50s. I think I was thinking of the wrong type of clocks anyway, I think it was art deco digital clocks where the numbers are written on cylinders.

Since there was some interest in my wip viewtype I'll try to finish it. Here's it's current state. The Aspect Ratio on the non focused items are incorrect at the moment and the animations suck (might have to leave that to someone else). Feel free to come with suggestions (but I'm a total newbie so it'll have to be simple suggestions)

I have to say another +1 on that, it just seems out of place with the theme of the skin and looks too much like the HTC Sense or Andriod clocks imho.

Is there any technical reason why we can't turn the frames around the images into bordertextures instead of separate image controls?

Most likely there is not an issue - is there something in particular causing a headache. Example file/line?

I just figured that if it doesn't make a difference, we could get rid of the extra image controls and use bordertextures instead. Less code, easier to find the image control you're looking for.
