Channel 7 was the High Quality Channel for today's matches... to be honest its normally the same for most streams. No buffering either, very nice!!

Is the new version no longer compatible with the xbox?
Ta.

Edit: Asking 'cos the xbox instructions seem to have disappeared from the front page and there's no zip file download option any more. Would be a shame if that's the case but hey-ho.

You can manually download the zip from the repo...have a look around https://github.com/mortstar/repository-mortstar-addons/tree/master/repo

Thanks very much.
For anyone else looking the zip file for version 1.50 is here:
https://github.com/mortstar/repository-mortstar-addons/raw/63f4e715ee4995b9343d039cabe6eec2e935abc9/repo/plugin.video.lof/plugin.video.lof-1.5.0.zip
Seems a pity it's not obvious how to install it on page 1 any more, because this works brilliantly on the xbox without any changes.

Would there be any problem with me linking to the direct zip download over at xbmc4xbox?

- Justcop - 2011-05-02

would it be possible to include the quality of the stream in the schedule, is this info scrapable?

- mclog - 2011-05-02

Occasionally, a stream is listed as being high quality, most are not differentiated in any way.

I'll look into it for the next release, I'll need the site to show some high quality links before I can make sure if it works though Big Grin

Hmmm..

Uninstalled previous version and installed 1.5 from Repostitary - got Script Falied plugin.video.lof

Uninstalled that and installed plugin direct from zip and got the same error.

Have reset username and password and then entered my own credentials which did nothing.

Have reset ATV2 and same issue.

Previous version worked seemlessly - anything else I should be doing?

- mclog - 2011-05-02

If you could please find the xbmc.log and paste what it says I'll have a look at it.

Debug log is located here: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/xbmc.log on the ATV2

Also, what are you doing at the point you get this error? That'll probably help me locate the bug if you can't the log quickly.

Great stuff. Good to know, because your plug-in works brilliantly on the xbox - just hoping the Flashsportsstreams plug-in is as xbox-friendly.
I've linked to this thread from xbmc4xbox...
Thread is here if you're interested:

And thanks again.

Edit:
Maybe you could add a bit to the xbox instructions on the first page...?
When you launch the plug-in clicking on 'settings' gives a script error on the xbox - to login for the first time you need to go to video on the home screen, video plugins, then whatever you've called the footy plug-in and click Title (presume you're using an xbox remote). Then 'plugin settings' and put your info in.
It's just a one-time procedure but it's not obvious IYSWIM.

- myksterx - 2011-05-02

i am going to link this post on the "Known Issues" on plugin main page for future reference for XBOX users!
