Thank you for releasing such a great XBMC addon! This is definitely one of the best addons out there.
Is there a way I could configure the addon so that I could log in with my paid Seeon.tv account and display the private channels too?

t0mm0, thanks for a great add-on, I was wondering whether anyone was working on one for seeon.tv.
Not sure if this fits with those asking about the private channels, but there are other channels that are not listed on the main page that work without a login such as (some below I believe are already linked from the main page, and thus are already in the add-on):
National Geographic http://www.seeon.tv/view/118/National_Geo
Any way of getting these to work with the add-on? So far it appears that only those showing up on the main site are included?
I'm sure there are plenty of other live channels under http://www.seeon.tv/view as well, some of which seem to come and go for special events, etc.... Not sure if there is any way to scrape these too?

hmmm, i see what you mean. looks like they don't list everything under /channels which is what i scrape.
it is possible to play these channels as my plugin can resolve seeon.tv urls. in a .strm file put the following:
for example, in discovery.strm i put:
and it plays fine.
if there is somewhere else that has a better list that i can scrape i could add that to the plugin?

Hi! I'm not sure exactly how to add these extra channels. Do I create a new file? Is there a way to add channels via the plugin options?

just read the message above yours. make a file called something.strm and copy the text above into it replacing the url to the web page of the stream after the 'id='
then, navigate to something.strm in xbmc and play it.

Updated seeon.tv, etc channel list - woompa - 2011-07-01 05:09
There is an awesome script for Playon media server that uses seeontv, justintv, and others. The script pulls the channel list from the google spreadsheet link below. I wonder if there is a way to link your seeon script to this spreadsheet as it is updated daily and includes HBO, Starz, among many others. It has private channels listed as well as public- and since streams change constantly this sheet will keep it current. If it will work then I am sure the author of it will be ok with it being used if he is given credit for it.
