i have upgraded xbmc from eden to frodo RC2 on my ipad3 but i can't enable LIVE TV i can't find this option in setting menu, i use FRODO RC2 in linux and OSX and work very well....
can you help me?

Ensure that you are using the confluence Skin - iirc the touched Skin has no livetv Support...
