App was working fine up till 2 days ago. When I would open the app it would go to a black screen and never load. Just freeze up. After several times trying I decided to uninstall and download again. Now I can not even download. Every time I try error message says "no apps can perform this action. " Im sure someone here can help. I am not the most tech savy person. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
