I am using the latest version of Kodi, and have applied the Spartan build to it. from here: http://spartanrepo.com
This is running on a Windows 10 PC, and connected to my TV with HDMI. I have 2 identical computer systems, works perfect on one, but not the other.
The problem is, The audio stutters about every 2 seconds or so, the video dont seem to stutter, just the audio, Ive checked all the settings I can think of, everything looks good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
