My setup is a rasberry pi 3. I have the latest version of kodi. I can change my skin no problem. But there is only about 15 to choose from. I like aeon nox. But I see there's new versions of it. Aeon nox 5 silvo. How do I get more skins on my get more list

You don't.
Some skins appear in the Repository (get more list), while others need to be installed via zip file.
Normally the download, or information on how to install, is in the first post of the thread. Check there first.

And some may require adding an unofficial repository.
