I've got an Nvidia Shield and I am wondering if it's better to go into the system settings and add my NAS by mounting network storage... Or is it better to go into Kodi, Files, Add Videos, then add the SMB shares as a source?
Currently I'm using the Mount Network Storage option... But using this method all Shares show under files and not just the video ones... Additionally if the Shield fails to mount the share, then all the shares disappear in Kodi...
So I'm thinking it might be better to unmount the NAS and add the shares in Kodi instead...
Is there a recommended approach?
