I have an addon that displays pictures from the internet and I want to save bandwidth and exit as soon as kodi doesn't have an HDMI connection.  There is no reason to run it in the background if no one is watching it. My Kodi is on a firestick, is there a way to detect when it is no longer being viewed and stop the slideshow (1) TV was turned off off, 2) firestick went to sleep and back to the main menu, or 3) the TV input was switched to a different HDMI port) ?
