It should be possible, this Ubuntu thread describes how to configure your Time Capsule and access it over the network as an SMB share. (The first few steps don't apply to XBMC).

You have to enable SMB on your Time Capsule (through the Aiport Utility), and then add the SMB in XBMC (using the IP of the Time Capsule).
