just read from xbmc.org/downloads (is this the same place as ppas?)

XBMC Live is not built on a nightly basis.

So is there any chance someone can create a nightly for live so we can use the new add-ons system?

ok thanks for the speedy replies. Shame.

Looks like I might have to investigate putting ubuntu 10.4 (or whatever its called) onto my revo.

Shame because I just spent a couple of nights getting it up and running with everything (remote, wifi, etc).

do this to update to latest live svn

sudo service xbmc-live stop
sudo apt-get remove xbmc*
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc-svn/ppa
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nvidia-vdpau
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xbmc xbmc-live

going to back up every thing with clonezilla then I am going to try the manual update method using the

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc-svn/ppa
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nvidia-vdpau

commands as suggested by jabba 200 unless anyone can see anything wrong with this method.

If all thats fails then its the freak SVN CD, so far I have downloaded and burn the CD for it.

Tried the above and it failed on every command.

Going to try the freak build over the weekend. All depends if I can get the wireless on the Acer Asipre Revo working with the freak build
