It used to be that I got this to work but then lost my MQ settings after a crash. Now when I go to fullscreen when playing music (tab key), the CD art info are only displayed for 10 seconds and then slide away until the next song. I want to have them stay on screen all the time, got it to work that way before but now can't for the life of me where that setting might be. Anyone knows?

You can do this with advancedsettings.xml:

thanks! it did the trick.

I didn't know about advancedsettings.xml, so I'm guessing I had set it up that way through whatever skin was using before Aeon (Confluence maybe?)

How do I hide the CD art while a visualization is playing?

edit the advancesettings.xml as described above and set <songinfoduration> to 0 instead. All you'll ever see then is the visualization or fanart background.
