Is the list in the wiki for advancedsettings.xml still accurate, or are there others that are not listed that might have come about with Dharma? If so, list anywhere?

It's reasonably accurate. Look at https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master...ttings.cpp to see exactly what is being read from the advancedsettings.xml. This is C++ code, but it's easy to pick out the parameters as they have sensible names.
