Dear all,
what i am doing is to scrape information from some Japanese websites.
but the pages are encoded in euc-jp, so I use some php pages as "converter" on appfog of the original sites. and the scraper just query from those php pages.
Now I wonder whether the same mechanism could be implemented via a python addon in xbmc, like creating a local "virtual server" on which the scraper can put search strings, e.g. localhost:8888/search?q=123456
